Cracker met Norm at the age of 16 while working together as deck hands for Norman Senior at Talmadge Bros. When Norm decided to branch off on his own, Cracker became one of his very first employees working on Norms only scow at the time. After putting in countless hours at sea, Cracker decided to change career paths and pursue his dream of opening a restaurant.

He owned Leo’s Restaurant in the Catskills for 14 years, but there was something about the oystering business and his friendship with Norm that drew him back to Norwalk. He teamed up with Norm again in 2012 and is now responsible for local restaurant deliveries as well as working down by the docks. In his spare time, when he’s not cracking jokes (no pun intended), Cracker enjoys fishing, dancing and blondes.
