Growing up as an oysterman’s daughter, Jeanne was constantly surrounded by fishermen, muddy shoes and foul language.  Although Jeanne has a true love for the ocean, she is also passionate about fashion and design. From an oysterman’s daughter to attending fashion school in New York City, Jeanne is now back at the docks working in the family business.

She runs the office alongside her Aunt Doreen, handling daily operations and recording HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) information. In 2015 Jeanne opened “The Oysterman’s Daughter”, which is a small hidden retail shop located at the boatyard. Taking her love for fashion and design, her goal was to create a lifestyle store, where boaters and beach lovers alike, could shop for sea inspired necessities along with fresh oysters, clams and lobsters.
